The Fall Educators Conference (October 14, 2016, Tacoma, WA) is NWAIS’s signature annual event and is targeted at k-12 educators and administrators. This year’s theme: “Thinkers, Transformers and Troublemakers: Agents of Change” will focus on strategies for harnessing innovation in our schools. Around 1000 educators and school leaders will gather to hear from regional and national thought leaders and connect with colleagues. The Northwest Association of Independent Schools promotes high educational quality through comprehensive accreditation standards for independent elementary and secondary schools in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
